6. Write the sales agreement.
   
7. Guide your prospect through the entire closing process.
   
8. Furnish you with updates as the sale proceeds.

Here's What You Do

1. Register your prospect with On Top of the World Communities.
   
2. Relax and enjoy as our Sales Counselors conduct the presentation.
   
3. Anticipate your 3%** commission on a new site-built home or 4%** on a current inventory home.
   
4. Collect your commission. (Commissions are paid in full upon purchaser closing the transaction.)

Please Note: You must personally register your prospect at On Top of the World Communities. Prospects must be re-registered every 6 months until a sale is made, and you may re-register via fax at 352-854-3698. **Commissions are calculated on the base price of the home and any lot premium at the time of execution, less applicable incentives, credits and design options of the initial contract. We recommend the Statement of Understanding be reviewed by every broker office.
