Popular Ice Cream Shop
Mr. B’s Big Scoop Ice Cream Shop in Circle Square
Commons has quickly become a favorite amongst visitors to the events and gatherings at The Town Square. Serving up refreshing smoothies and delicious ice cream, treat your sweet tooth while you enjoy the shop’s quaint atmosphere. A featured photo in the shop is a genuine picture of owner Blaise Bonaventure’s great-
grandfather Joseph’s ice cream shop in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The shop was a fixture in the Bonaventure family for 43 years, making ice cream from scratch to the delight of its patrons until it closed in 1956. Blaise’s grandfather and father both worked in the shop as children and told of their summer jobs. It wasn’t until Blaise began selling frozen yogurt during his current 20 year ownership of B Healthy Health Food Store that the idea came about to start up the family business again at Circle Square Commons. Today, Mr. B’s Big Scoop delights in serving traditional ice cream favorites as well as frozen yogurt, fresh fruit smoothies, juice, sugar-free products and more!
