When purchasing a new construction home, a buyer wants to know that everything will be done exactly as promised during the contract stage. The buyer needs to have confidence in the builder. We offer the home buyer opportunities to visit the home during the construction process in order to see the progress and ask questions if needed. Once the home is completed, our Warranty Department performs a walk-through with the home buyer, to make sure that there are no concerns. Because our Construction Department and all of our sub-contractors are committed to excellence in their work, the results of new home walk throughs are second to none.

customer service is always a phone call or golf cart ride away, Monday through Friday. And after hours emergency service is also available. Located right in the community, our Customer Service Department representatives are available to answer questions, listen to concerns and provide resolutions. Not only do we care about you having a quality home, we care about you experiencing an enjoyable life. What other communities offer residents this much support? Customer Service works very closely with all company departments to insure resident requests are handled expeditiously and that the resident is satisfied with the outcome. The following are just some of the services Customer Service offers residents:
- Process requests for warranty, landscaping and building repairs.
- Submit landscaping and building modifications to the Architectural review board for approval.
- Answer questions and take payments for water bills and cable/internet (Digital Communication Media bills only). Payments may be made electronically, by check, cash or credit card.
- Issue resident IDs and car decals.
- Assign mini storage units and RV lot spaces when requested.
- Handle all paperwork for paint changes and roof replacements.
- Help with community enforcement to insure community standards are upheld.
- Answer questions regarding community standards, rules and regulations, insurance, and by-laws.
- Issue guest passes and process guest fees.
