Fitness Corner
The Health & Recreation department at On Top of the World Communities offers a variety of fitness programs for residents. Every month, we will feature one of these fitness classes.
This month’s featured class is Condition and Stretch Fusion.
This class is designed to help increase your strength and flexibility. It begins with a 10 minute aerobic warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of muscle conditioning and flexibility training. The focus is building good posture as well as increased range of motion for your joints.
Condition and Stretch Fusion classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. in the Health & Recreation Aerobics Room. This FREE class is open to all that are interested in participating.
