The Kitchen
Everyone loves a grand kitchen. The Huntley II model does not disappoint. The kitchen is a large space with an island breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets and countertops.  The Arlington maple cabinets include elegant crown molding and brushed nickel hardware.  The beautiful yet durable solid surface countertops are Cambria quartz.  The wall oven and gas range make cooking a delight.  Bringing in additional natural light is a solar tube.  The backsplash is functional and fashionable with 3” tile set in a decorative design.

The Master Suite
Just off the kitchen is the master suite. With three windows and a tray ceiling, this room welcomes you with light and spaciousness.  Cambria quartz countertops with undermount sinks, Arlington maple cabinets and the decoratively tiled walk-in shower highlight the master bath.  Enjoy energy savings as you receive natural light through the solar tube. Stay organized with a Closet Works organizational system, as featured in the oversized master suite closet.  

Dining and Living Areas
Just off the entry way and adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room. With plenty of room for family and guests for dinner, this dining area also has a large picture window. In the grand room, there is definitely room for a party.  This space accommodates two seating areas with more space in between.  Three large windows brighten the space with natural light.  In the breakfast area, a three-paneled set of 8’ glass sliders leads out to the screened lanai.  Quite impressive!

Guest Rooms
The Huntley II is designed as a spilt plan with a private hallway leading to bedrooms 2 and 3.  Both rooms are well sized with plenty of natural light and closet space. The spacious guest bath features ceramic tile in the tub area and a linen closet.

Other highlights of the Huntley II model
Throughout the main area of the home are wood laminate floors.  There is ceramic tile in the wet areas and plush carpet in the bedrooms. With a stylish color scheme, crown molding and Colonial-style wood baseboards throughout, the home’s interior really makes a statement.  9’4” ceilings in all rooms add a spacious atmosphere. 

The garage is designed for two cars with additional space for a work bench, storage area, or a golf cart (remember, this is a golf cart friendly community). Additionally, this model is outfitted with a solar electric system, an energy-efficient option now available on virtually all new homes.

Customized Builder
As you can see from this model, making modifications to the original home design is quite feasible.  Our drafting team is pleased to work with future homeowners on making their home uniquely theirs.  For the Huntley II model, we extended the living area by incorporating the original lanai into the kitchen, thereby adding room for a breakfast table and opening up the grand room to allow for a second seating area.  A screened lanai was then added to the back of the home.
