and verification of homes’ energy-efficiency in order to obtain ENERGY STAR qualification. On Top of the World became the first active adult community in all of Florida to receive 100% ENERGY STAR qualification on new homes. ENERGY STAR qualification comes standard on all new homes. However, our commitment to enviromental stewardship didn’t stop there.
On Top of the World became the first builder in Marion County to partner with Building America, a cooperative effort established between the public and private sectors to promote research into greater energy savings.
